Making a Complaint
If you are unhappy with the service you receive from us, it is important that you let us know. We will investigate and try to resolve any issues locally but, if you are not happy with the way that we deal with your complaint, we will let you know how to refer the matter to a higher authority.
In the first instance, please address any complaints to Mr Jerry Nelson, our Practice Business Manager, based at our Yapton address.
